This Program is designed to introduce young golfers and tennis players (ages 4 – 11) to each sport. Kids will spend an hour golfing, learning basic fundamentals and proper swing mechanics along with rules and etiquette. They will also spend an hour playing tennis, learning proper footwork and developing hand-eye coordination while they exercise and participate in games designed to build tennis skills.
Program participants should arrive to the tennis courts for sign in each morning. Participants can check in starting at 8:40 a.m. Please do not drop your child off before this time. Drop off is at the Tennis Center across the bridge and pick up is at Hightower Pool. There will be shuttles available in the mornings to facilitate getting parents and kids across the bridge. Young children should be accompanied to the Tennis Center. Registration will be located at the back of the Tennis Center. Please arrive for pick up no later than 1:15 p.m. Any children left after this time will be charged a childcare fee.
Both Golf and Tennis will have some demo equipment available. Clubs are available for purchase in the Golf Shop and racquets are available in the Tennis Shop.
